This relaxation session is designed to deeply calm your nervous system using light touch therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping, ASMR techniques, and other methods that guide your body into a healing parasympathetic state. Physical touch, often overlooked, plays a powerful role in improving our health and well-being, and these sessions prioritize gentle, intentional contact to promote deep relaxation. While you rest on a FIR crystal mat, I use a variety of tools and soothing hand movements to help regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Whether or not you experience the tingling sensation commonly associated with ASMR, the techniques used still calm the mind, lower stress, improve sleep, and enhance mood and immune function. Each session can be fully customized to your preferences—including tools, areas of focus, or sensations—to ensure your mind and body receive exactly what they need.
