This treatment option comes complete with an extensive report on the findings during your reiki treatment scan. It will tell you what comes up energetically in your chakras, mind and body and why was worked on and how to go about realigning through therapeutic methods.

Initial Treatment Half & Half Experience - includes report 60MIN

Find calm and support your mind, body, and soul through Japanese energy healing practices designed to balance your chakras and promote deep healing. Each session may include sound therapy, aromatherapy, Reiki, crystal healing, pendulum work, and energy techniques using my hands, all tailored to your unique needs. I begin by clearing stagnant energy and blockages, then channel healing energy to restore alignment, relaxation, and emotional balance. Sessions last about 45 minutes with an additional 10 minutes to discuss your results, and include a personalized write-up of what was observed and worked on. All sessions are enhanced by the optional use of a heated FIR crystal mat, which offers benefits like pain relief, improved circulation, relaxation, and energetic grounding.

Reiki Experience 60MIN

This relaxation session is designed to deeply calm your nervous system using light touch therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping, ASMR techniques, and other methods that guide your body into a healing parasympathetic state. Physical touch, often overlooked, plays a powerful role in improving our health and well-being, and these sessions prioritize gentle, intentional contact to promote deep relaxation. While you rest on a FIR crystal mat, I use a variety of tools and soothing hand movements to help regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Whether or not you experience the tingling sensation commonly associated with ASMR, the techniques used still calm the mind, lower stress, improve sleep, and enhance mood and immune function. Each session can be fully customized to your preferences—including tools, areas of focus, or sensations—to ensure your mind and body receive exactly what they need.

ASMR Nervous System Relaxation Experience 60MIN

Experience deep relaxation and energetic balance through a personalized Sound Healing Session designed to bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Just as in other treatments, you will lay on the massage table with the use of the FIR Mat, essential oils and other comforting essentials. During this one-on-one experience, you’ll be guided into a state of calm as the soothing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls and other healing instruments surround you.

Each session is crafted to help align your chakras, calm your nervous system, and shift your energetic frequency, supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. As the gentle tones and vibrations flow through you, you may feel tension release, your breath deepen, and your mind quiet into peaceful stillness.

Sensory Relaxation for Youth 60MIN (18 years of age and younger)

Enjoy a deeply relaxing and personalized experience with services like hair play, gentle head massage, back tracing, face brushing, light touch techniques, and soothing soundscapes tailored to your preferences. These specialty sessions use a combination of calming tools and movements to gently stimulate the body and regulate the nervous system while you rest on a crystal FIR mat. ASMR techniques—designed to relax the body and mind whether or not you feel the signature tingles—support a parasympathetic state, helping reduce stress, anxiety, and pain while improving sleep, mood, and overall well-being. The FIR mat, made with amethyst and tourmaline, adds healing benefits such as improved circulation, detoxification, and grounding by emitting gentle infrared radiation. If you have any preferred sensations, areas of focus, or tools, you’re welcome to share them so your session can be fully customized to meet your needs.

For the comfort and safety of both my guests and self all services are performed with clients fully clothed, and we do not address the chest or areas below the waist.
