These specialty sessions use a combination of calming tools and movements to gently stimulate the body and regulate the nervous system while you rest on a crystal FIR mat. ASMR techniques—designed to relax the body and mind whether or not you feel the signature tingles—support a parasympathetic state, helping reduce stress, anxiety, and pain while improving sleep, mood, and overall well-being. The FIR mat, made with amethyst and tourmaline, adds healing benefits such as improved circulation, detoxification, and grounding by emitting gentle infrared radiation. If you have any preferred sensations, areas of focus, or tools, you’re welcome to share them so your session can be fully customized to meet your needs.

For the comfort and safety of both my guests and self all services are performed with clients fully clothed, and we do not address the chest or areas below the waist.
